Flash Fiction Scene

Hi,
Hope all had a great weekend. Mines wasn’t that great, sick again. I hate Winter. I’ll be glad when it is over. On the brighter side, I did make it to the Coffee House yesterday and got some revision done on Human-Skinned Wolves Book 7. Progress is always the best thing. I hope to make more this week. Keep your fingers crossed. Now, let’s get onto this week’s Flash Fiction Scene.

Remember to let your imagination soar when your read.

Fingers traced my spine, leaving ripples of electric currents in its wake. Never failed to wake my cock up. Calvin knew, which was why he always started their nightly cuddles with it. If he . . . Ah, there is was. His lover was in the best mood possible. It’d been so long the two of them had been home together. There was no way the two of them would let the opportunity pass.

“Ready for some fun?” Calvin ran his tongue around the tip of my ear, nipping the lobe.
“Always, love.”
“Then . . .”
Calvin’s magical tongue trailed his neck, pausing to bite the hollow between my shoulder and neck, before he moved down to his nipple. Teeth left light stings as Calvin applied pressure to his nipple, before he laved his puckering nipple with his tongue as he trialed his hand down my spine, going lower and lower until his hand rested over one globe of my ass.
“You want me, babe?”
I nodded as Calvin’s finger slipped between my ass cheeks, tracing my pucker, which sucked the tip of his finer inside.
“Please, love. I need . . Ah, that’s it.”
Calvin’s finger slipped in, bending until he found the spot that . . . “Fuck! Do that again.”
“Nope. Going to . . .”
I jerked as his finger left my channel. “Where - -“
“Just a second.”
“Oh!” I pushed my ass back as Calvin’s head slipped inside me.

Flash Fiction Scene

Hi,

Hope all had a great week. Mine was full of some light preparing for upcoming NaNoWrMo. Can’t believe it is a little over two months away. That also means I have to get the final edit done on Merciful Wolf, Human-Skinned Wolves Book 6 and the cover designed. Lots of work coming my way. Thankfully, I have a light week next week and can devote lots of time to editing. Before I dive into that, I wanted to share this flash fiction scene with you.

Hope you enjoy and remember, let your imagination soar when you read.

Cain wiped the sweat off his forehead and pressed the balls of his feet into the pavement, refusing to rush across the street and claw the life from the bear that wrapped his short brown fur covered legs around Lady Beauty. Lady Beauty had been promised to her by Lord Draft. Everyone knew this. Lord Draft had sent out the notice some five years ago. The day the two of them ran across Lady Beauty. The day that Lord Draft approached her, questioning her as to why she had not reported herself to him. Lord Draft hadn’t been upset, or angry, but been stern about the laws. Laws that Lady Beauty had been clueless to. She had swore that she had no idea that anyone like her hid among Earth. Her mother had always told her she was a special lady and that her life would be long and lonely. It had been in that minute that Cain made a promise to prove her wrong. He had reached down his mental path with Lord Draft and claimed her as his in that moment. Lord Draft had agreed and sealed them together then, but told him he had to wait until she was ready to accept him. A fact that had not set well with Cain, but a fact he understood and agreed to watch over her from afar. The first time he saw the Bear Shifter clamber up to her backyard he had gone to Lord Draft and informed him that he would be approaching her and taking her into him. Lord Draft had agreed and wished him luck. That had been ten days ago. He had waited and watched to see how integrated the Bear Shifter had inserted himself into Lady Beauty’s life. The bear had visited her twice a day. Each time Lady Beauty took him inside for a couple of hours and then the bear left. That hadn’t been the case that day. They had remained outside. The bear remained in bear form and sat down, opening his bear arms up to her. She had walked into them and sat down, letting him wrap her up in them. That had been the last straw. There would be no more of that . She belonged to him. It was him that she should come to for comfort. The Bear Shifter knew the laws, he was sure of that. It had been that even that had him fighting for control. Fighting to remain calm and approach them with ease, not a fevous anger.

“Lady Beauty,” he spoke loud enough that they would hear him before he crossed into her backyard.

The Bear Shifter stiffened, but released Lady Beauty, who gingerly rose to her feet and held out her arms to him.

“You would openly embrace me after allowing him to do the same to you?”

“You are angry.”

“Yes. I have right to be.”

“Not really.” Lady Beauty patted the bear’s arm and he ambled to his feet and then stumbled into the woods behind him. “I was doing nothing wrong.”

“You was.”

“How so?”

“I can tell you are aware of my claim on you.”

“I am.”

“Then you know that you should not be embracing any other Supernatural Creature.”

“I can embrace whoever I wish. I have not accepted your claim. Nor am I going to, if you keep up this show of male dominance.”

Cain stepped back and tilted his head. His inner beast stirred at the challenge, but not in anger. Nope. His cock hardened so fast it should have split his jeans.

“Do you not think it wise to ask why I allowed someone else to embrace me?”

“No.”

“Then your claim will never be accepted.”

“Doesn’t have to be.”

“That is where you are wrong.”

“You were enlightened to our way of life.”

“I was, which is why I do not have to accept your claim. You chose me without my consent. I have eight months to accept you from the time you approach me. You approached me over five years ago. Never came for me.”

“I did no such thing.”

“Did you not claim me the same day you and Lord Draft discovered me?”

“How did you . . .”

“Mr. Sam showed me the notification he received from Lord Draft.”

Okay, the bear had a name. That gave him something to research. What he didn’t understand was that he’d invesitagated every supernatural being within ten miles of her. No one named Sam was listed among those ten being. Who was he? How come he was not listed? Was he a threat to Lady Beauty?

“What is Mr. Sam’s last name?”

“Does not matter.”

“Does. He is not listen among our kind.”

“Just because you are some big shot does not give you the right to charge in here and upturn people’s lives. I think you have done enough of that by claiming me and not coming to me.”

“I could not.”

“Why is that?”

“If you saw the notification then you know the reason.”

“I do, but if you truly wanted me you would not have allowed such.”

Did she have a point? How could she? He was abiding by the law. There was nothing wrong with that. It was natural to do so. She agreed to . . .

“Mr. Cain Struggles,” A deep rich voice that he had not heard in over ten years reached his ears as a man he thought dead walked into the clearing, pausing twenty feet from Lady Beauty.

Cain couldn’t believe it. Mr. Sam, aka Samuel Sawyers, the baddest bawler among the Supernatural World stood in front of him. The man had been sent out to eliminated a nest of Vampires and never came back. “You are thought to be dead.”

“I should be.” Mr. Samuel Sawyers pointed at Lady Beauty. “She found me in a cave some five miles in the woods. Has been treating me every since.”

Damn. His woman had been aiding a harmed shifter. “What happened to you?”

“I cleaned the nest out, but one of the vampires was Lord Tangler’s son.”

Flash Fiction Scene

Hi,

The past week was busy, so I am looking forward to taking you two on a special trip into my mind this week. There is no saying, no photo, or anything else that this scene comes from. It simply is what came to my mind as I sat in the coffee house. Hope you enjoy and remember let your imagination soar when you read.

“That’s it.” My body arched up as Damon ran his smooth fingers across the top of my cock. It was beckoning for his touch, but it never came.

“Not yet, lover.”

“Please.” What was I begging for? More of his touch? Yes. Him to rush? Yes. His love? Yes.

“We have to stop.” My mind might have been thinking logical, but my body betrayed me. It arched into his touch, sighed from the tingling sensation racing up his spine. “Don’t stop.”

“Which is it, lover?”

Both. Neither. Stop. Go. Keep it up. Who was he kidding there would be no serious talk tonight, which is what Damon had wanted. Only time Damon brought out the gentle touches and lover talk was when he did not want listen to what I had to say. And with good reason.

“You with me, lover.”

Hot breath brushed across his ear as long hair fluttered across his bare chest. Where had his shirt gone? Had he taken off? No. Shit. He was further gone in the midst of Damon’s distraction than ever before. He always remembered to halt it before clothes were taken off.

“Crap.” I gripped the back of Damon’s head and twisted it so I could claim his mouth. If his lover was going to beat him into submission then he would chose when he gave in and if he gave in with a fight, or not.

Kyle jiggled his arms for his Master when asked. He knew his Master only did so to ensure himself that the cuffs were not too tight. Kyle knew his Master would never harm him. It’s why he loved the man so much. He just wished his Master would return the love. It wasn’t uncommon for a Submissive to fall in love with his Master, and most of the time the love was receipricated. Not in his case. His Master was deeply in loved with another man. A man who despised the BDSM Lifestyle. Made no sense to Kyle. How could someone who was deep into the lifestyle love a man who hated it.

Him and his Master met every other day to run a scene, or two. The fourth time they had met, Kyle had made a move on his Master, but was rebuffed and told there would never been such between them. It had crushed him, but he told his Master he understood and never made another approach on him. That’s why tonight shocked him so much.

“Do you not wish,” his Master’s hand stroked his hardening cock, “my touch?”

“Yes, Master. God yes.” More than his Master knew. He had dreamed of being touched and taken by the man who bore a stone cold face when he wielded a crop.

“Then beg me for me.”

More? What was going on? Kyle’s entire body jerked at the mere idea that he might get another intimate touch from his Master, but his mind screamed that the man was toying with him. After all, they’d been locked in a contract for over a year and it was stated clearly that no sexual aspect would arise.

“Master,” he waited for his Master’s permission to speak.

“Yes, boy.”

“As much as I want and crave your hands on me, I’m . . .”

“Confused?”

“Yes, Sir.”

“Good.” His Master stepped back and crossed his arms. “That is what I wanted from you.”

Huh? His master wanted him confused? What was going on?

“I needed to make sure you understood our contract before I asked for us to renegotiate it.”

“What!” Had he done something wrong? Made a comment he wasn’t suppose to? Disrespected his Master in some way?

“Calm down, my boy.”

Master’s hands ran up his arm and down his bare chest. “I just think it is time we took our relationship to another level.”

“Sir?”

“Not know. Let’s meet tomorrow and discuss us.” His Master pressed his chest against his side and stepped back, adjusting himself as he did so.

Rave’s legs should have given away. He should have fainted. Screamed. Ran. Something. Anything other than stand there and stare into the dark, dreamy eyes of a lion. Yes, a lion. Full on mane with large sharp teeth. Not that he saw those teeth, but he didn’t have to, to know they were there. What kept him rooted in place was the shards of clothes that clung to the lion’s body. Yep. It was the light blue silk shirt that he’d bought Rex last Christmas. And Rex’s freshly pressed, tattered dress pants that laid around the lion’s massive legs. More that that kept Rave in place. His own eyes. He could not dispute what he saw. Nope. No laying it off on being drunk. He’d not drank a drop of liquor in five years. He was high on weed. Not smoked a joint since he was in high school. Nope. He was his normal down to earth self. Had came into his lover’s house like any other night of the week and sat down beside him to decide what to eat for supper while they watched the basketball game. Except . . . wasn’t any other night. Nope.
Rex had told him he had to tell him a secret. Before Rave got ready to absorb something bad his lover had moved to the corner of the room and became a fucking huge lion. Yep. Lion. That’s what had him springing to his feet and what managed to keep him there, until reality hit.
“Rex? What . . . Rex? Is that . . . Shit!”
Soft hands cushioned the back of his head before it slammed into the glass coffee table.
“Rave, babe, you okay?”
“Okay?” Was his . . . Shit. He had been fucking a lion. “Damn.” He ran his hand over his face. “I’m fine.”
“Let me get you on the couch then I will . . .”
“Will what? Go back to being a lion?”
“No.” Rex groaned. “Unless you want me to.”
“No.”
“Then I will sit beside you, if that’s okay.”
“Think you might need to. I need to understand what I . . . what you . . . Hell, did you just transform into a fucking lion?”
“Yes.”
“Explain.”

The house was finished. Yet . . .
Something was off. The open house was set. There’d already been two other realtors ask about the layout and price. That boded well for a quick sell, but . .
Something. What?
“Outside looks great.”
Sam spun to face the guy that broke his heart and left him high and dry to finish their hundredth house flip.
“Riley.”
“Don’t get all pissy on me.”
“I do not get pissy.”
“Then why are yours arm crossed?”
Shit. He dropped them to his side. He hadn’t meant to do that. He’d promised himself that the next time he ran across Riley that he would show him a happy person living a wonderful life.
“What did you need, Riley?”
“Wanted to see the finished project. House looks amazing. Does the inside match the outside?”
“Course it does. I designed it.”
“Who did the demo and construction?”
“Hired an outside team.”
“Why not use my crew?”
“Why? You dare ask me that after you up and left everything we’d built over the last ten years.”
“I did not leave the business.”
“Yes you did.”
“No I didn’t. I left you.”
“The why did you leave me a fucking message that you would not partake on our project.”
“Key word there this project.” Riley snorted. “You never listen to the words that are spoken. That’s why I had to leave.”
“I listen.” He sapped and took a huge step, placing himself right against Riley hard chest.
“Then tell me why I had to leave you?”
“Obviously isn’t it?”
“From what I heard from Taylor it wasn’t.”
“Taylor don’t know his head from a hole in the ground. You trust what you hear from him?”
“No. I do trust what Charlie and Kent told me.”
Big mouths. He hadn’t wanted his reaction to Riley dumping him to get back to him.
“Ready to listen to me out, again.”
“You made yourself clear.”
“Not if you think I left you for good.”
Sam snorted and shook his head, little good it did. Riley kept right on talking.
“What I told you was that I had an audition with Ralph that might take me away for a year. I never once said I was leaving you. I promised to come and see you once a week and skype every night.”
Had that been what he said? Sam scratched his head, replying that night. All he had heard was that he would be leaving. For a year never hit my mind. Nor the promise Riley said he made. Had he really blanked out at the idea of a year long-distance relationship. Shit.
“Did you get the job?”
Riley nodded. “I’ve been down in the jungles of Africa for the last three weeks. I heard that the crew was working on the Collins house, which wasn’t set to be done until next month. I asked them why they weren’t working on this project and was told you never called them in.”
He didn’t like it when Riley went on a shoot for a video. Riley hadn’t taken on a movie in over six years. The last one he acted in had all but ruined their relationship. Sam still wonder from time to time if Riley had truly cheated on him when he was in Paris. After I confronted him about my concerns there’d been a huge fight and Riley promised to change his ways. He’d done so. Created his construction company. He kept doing small commercials, but they were few and never last more than one or two days away.
Why was he going back on his word? Did he think I had forgotten the last time?
“I know what I promised you, but . . .
“There is not but, Riley. You promised.”
“I know, but this is the best roll I’ve ever had been offered.”
“You’ve said that before.”
“I know, but this time . . . The roll is perfect for any gay man.”
“Gay?”
“Yes. The movie is going to be the first Gay R-rated movie that made it to the big screen.”
“There’s going to be sex scenes then?”
Riley hung his head. “The kisses and faked sex acts mean nothing. You know it’s just a job.”
“One you promised not to take on again.”
“I thought you wouldn’t mind since it was a major step among the LGTB community.”
“I can see how important it is for our kind, but why do you have to be the one to star in the movie. There are other gay actors.”
“You are not going to forgive me if I do this, are you?”
Sam didn’t know how to answer that. That he broke his promise was a major blow to their relationship, but knowing he would be in a romantic scene with another . . . All he could see was the last movie he stared in when he was in the bed with a woman and had a major boner. That scene hadn’t made it into the movie, but it was on the deleted scenes for the X-rated release. I knew the moment Riley’s cock hardened. He got the same look he did when he was fucking me senseless.
“Please, you know I . . .”
Sam held his hand. “I’m not sure about where things will go if you take this movie.”
“I done signed the contract. If I break it, it will cost me more than I was getting paid.” Riley shifted from foot-to-foot. “Will you agree try the long distance relationship to the way that I suggested. If it doesn’t work out then I will not pressure you into giving me another chance.”
Sounded fair. Sam and him had a long life together. Most were good times. There were times that they foung, but never to the point of this. There was no way he would give up on Sam without fully exploring every option.
“Okay, but if you . . . If you cheat on me, or fail to come home when you say you will, then things will be over.”
“Okay. Great. Thank you.” Riley walked up to him, and pulled him into a tight hug. Kissed his cheek and said, “I’ve missed you these last few weeks.”
Sam melted into his body, forgetting where they stood and what was the main purpose he’d come to the new remodled sight. He pulled back and squared his shoulder. “Okay. That’s settled, let me show you the house.”
“Sounds great.” Riley took hold of his hand and moved them up the short walkway.”

Book Share - Epic by Adrienne Wilder

I've yet to read her newest book, but I have not read one of hers that have not transported me into the lives of her characters. I know this one will be no different. That is why I suggest that anyone who loves to fall into a character's life that you get your copy of EPIC by Adrienne Wilder.

Note this is book contains M/M content and is for Adults Only

Epic
Andrew Atler has learned the hard way, fiction is far better than real life. In his romance novels the world is safe, predictable, and there is always a happy ending. Best of all, he can safely fall in love and the person will never know. There he can weave a tale of perfect passion plus pay the bills.

Matt Grim flies the colors of Hell’s Legion. When he’s not riding his chopper, he’s working as a bouncer for the Six. Matt’s life consists of drinking, playing in a band, and burning the midnight oil in the dungeon. He lives hard, plays hard, and rides even harder.

Two people who would never be a part of the same EPIC love story.
But sometimes those fairy tale clichés have a way of working magic.
And sometimes…sometimes those happy endings do come true.

On A Whim Scene

Hi,

This week, I wasn’t really inspired by anything, other than my fingers flying across the keyboard. I had no clue where they would lead, but it felt like heaven to sit down in one of my local Starbucks and let my mind expand into its own realm of relaxation and freedom.

Hope you guys enjoy this week’s flash fiction.

Tap. Tap. Tap. It was driving him crazy. Why did Rebecca have to flick that freaking pen all the time. Did she not realize tehre was others around who created best with silence? She had to. She’s been asked, over a thousand times, to stop. Did she respect the other? Course not.

“You okay, Seth?”

No. “Yes, Sir.”

“Then why is your lower lips bleeding.”

Seth wiped his lips and stared down at the faint trace of blood. Shoot, he’d been nipping his lip again. A pesky habit of aggravation.

“Pen getting to you again?”

“No, Sir.”

Did his boss expect him to admit how much his other co-worker was driving him up the wall while doing nothing but creating. Rebecca was one of the top sketchers for Travis Dunmore, a genius game creator.

“I can still move you across the way.”

Why did his boss keep offering to move him? Kind of him, but there was no way he was giving up his perfect view into his boss’s office. The man had one hell of a body to inspire, and fill, every second of Seth’s fantanises. Nope. He was not giving up his wonderful view over some lousy tapping.

“I’m fine, Sir.”

“If it becomes too much,” his boss leaned in a bit closer, turning the sketch Seth spent the last hour perfecting around. Seth couldn’t help the deep breath he took. “let me know. I’ll make sure you have the best view.”

“Best view?” Seth squeaked out.

“Yep. How about the desk behind my office?”

Crap. His boss’s office sat in the middle of the office space and consisted of nothing but glass walls.

“Want to take me up on the offer?”

Offer? Eight hours of watching his boss’s back, seeing his ass each time he stood. Course he wanted that. Could he answer and not sound like some twisted stalker? Didn’t matter if he could have or not. His mouth worked quicker than his logical brain.

“I’d love that.”

“Great.” His boss’s breath brushed over his cheek as he leaned back. “I’ll make it happen. The area does have a great view. You might want to check it out in person before you make your final decision.”

Seth gasped, looking up in time to see his boss’s lick his lower lip. “Interested in doing so?”

Boy was he, but he doubted his boss meant the same thing his mind conjured up.

“All you have to do is say yes.”

“Yes.”

“Good then. I’ll show you personally.” His boss stepped back, grinning. “Don’t have time right now, how about you stop by about seven.”

Seven? No one would be around then. Everyone left at 6m even him.

“Seven, Sir.”

“Yes. Going to be here and see the view?”

“Yes, Sir.”

“Wasteful.” Karl tilted his head to the left. “I hate . . . Oh, god. Do that again.”
Robert pulled Karl closer and nipped the base of his neck, earning a deeper moan. “That’s it.” He took a step back, taking his lover with him. “Time we have some fun.”
“Fun . . .  Yeah. That’s what . . Oh, god.”

Robert followed Karl down as he fell onto the sofa.

Flash Fiction Scene – Change sucks

This is yet another week of fiction that comes from my own emotional state of mind. Sorry for such dreary post the last couple of times. I promise I will try to lighten the mood next week, but as anyone with a creative bone in their body knows, you go where your mind takes you.
Have a great week.

Life can suck worse than a thumb tack stuck in your foot. Okay, maybe worse since the thumb tack can be removed. Change . . . it can’t be avoided. Not even if it is going to upend years of hard work and years of staying stable and in control of your own mind. Nope. It can’t be avoided. Change sucks.
“What is it?” Soft hand slid under my hair, picking up the gentle massage that always soothed my racing through. “You’re going to get lines.”
I huffed, not worrying about lines, but it was typical comment from Mark. The man obsessed over his flawless perfection. I had to agree his rich brown skin was the second thing that drew me to him. First, was his masculine, slightly slanted cheek bones. He was perfection served on a silver platter.
“Ricky . . .”
Oh boy, I was in for it. He never called me by my whole first name, unless he thought I was being childish. Might have been. No need for him to worry over my own stability when I was going to be doing it enough for the next few months.
“I mean it, babe. Tell me what is going on.”
Wasn’t going to bring him down with me. He didn’t need to worry over my ass. He done that enough over the years. Nope. Not bothering him with this issue. Going to keep it . . . Who was I trying to kid. My mouth opened and let it spill free, relieving some of the tension ebbing through my veins.
“My therapist isn’t working for the company anymore. Means I’m going to have to change doctors as well.” I waited for the nod of understanding or the look of sadness mixed with dread, but what I got was way worse. I think. Maybe not. Not sure. Either way, my lover of five years took my mind off the pending change.
“You aren’t the same person. You overcome so much, this will be like taking that long haired little white and gray animal you call Bandit for his daily walk. Doable in your sleep.”

My mouth was pressed against his before the last word hit my ears. It wasn’t the least bit of a sexy kiss, but it wasn’t meant to be. It was meant to show him just how much I appreciated his confidence in me, even if I was sure his words were wrong. It helped to hear encouraging words. It helped to have someone take note of all the progress I made over the years. Other words, my lover did exactly what he always did. Eased my distress.

Travis couldn’t believe it. His best friend’s brother stormed into the middle of the biggest meeting of his life and shouted for him to take it back. Travis wasn’t sure who or what Jacob Timberman was shouting about, but he did know the business investors he’d been pitching a merger to did not appreciate the interruption.
The head board member was rushed and four mercenary looking men surrounded him. Travis knew the big shot guy had brought bodyguards after some kind of attack a few weeks ago.
“I mean it. Take it back and do it know.”
“Mr. Kingman,” the next to top head guy spoke through gritted teeth. “Care to explain what is going on?”
Travis took a breath and moved around the table with the biggest, false calm face he could pull off. “I’m not quite sure, Sir, but I’ll find out.” He took hold of Jacob’s arm and tugged him into the hallway. Jacob didn’t seemed phased by the tight hold he had on him, because he kept trying to break free to go back into the office.
“What the heck is going on?” Travis hissed at Jacob. “You are blowing a major deal for me. What are you doing here?”
Jacob went to step around him, but Travis blocked his path. “You aren’t going back in there and if you don’t’ calm down I’m going to have security escort you out.”
“The heck you will. He has to take it back.”
“Who?”
“Uh . . .” The rich smooth voice of Mr. Kive, the head board member had Travis spinning around.
“I’m so - -“
“Don’t apologize.” Mr. Kive gave him a tentative smile. “This is my doing and Jacob’s brash actions is . . . Might not have been his smartest choice of actions, but I have to admit it sure showed me how ballsy my lover could be when he feels harmed.”
Travis was still lost, but if Mr. Kive was taking blame for Jacob’s action then at least his chance at the merger wasn’t a total loss cause.
“Could I bother you for a use of a separate conference room for a few minutes?”
“Sure, Mr. Kive.” Travis waved his personal assistant over. “Take them to the other conference room and make sure no one bothers them.”

The high-noon sun glistened off the sheets of metal spread over the dark brown grass, which had been starved for water and light for over ten years. Rivers of life giving blood had soaked into the ground after each hard fought battle between us mere humans and Rice Hunger’s killing robotic army. Those days was long behind us, Chewy hoped.
Part of him thought he didn’t deserve to see the future peaceful world that awaited all the tried patrons of the world. He’d contributed to the demise of the earth and humanity all for love. Rice Hunger had been a marvelous man when he met him. Had a well-laid out plan of halting the destruction of the earth. Swore he could eliminate hunger, poverty, and violence. Nothing but lies of a power hungry greedy man.
Rice had stolen his research on how affordable and time saving people having robots to do their daily chores were and given it a scientist who manupliated my idea and created an army of fighters.
“Chewy,” Chris patted his shoulder, “you need medical help?”
“Nope.” Even if he did, he hadn’t earned it and wouldn’t accept it. “Anyone harmed?”
“No. CR worked perfect. Took out all six of Rice’s robots in one sweep of his arm.”
“Good.” More than. Meant he could begin more hour and hours of redeeming hard work.
“How long you need to make enough to break Rice’s strong hold?”
Chewy had no idea. Rice’s scienstist knew he worked the last six years on creating something to aid the world, meaning he’d been stockpiling more army robots. Chewy hadn’t been able to do the same. He had shell after shell of robots ready for the microchip that would operate them, but it took time to code each of them.
“Not sure. I’m going to get right to work, though.”
He didn’t wait for Chris to object to him going back to the grind.

Davey couldn’t believe it. How had he overlooked it? He never once thought Greg was interested in him, but here he stood in the buff with a huge boner and said it was all because of him. What was the right response to your best friend of six years, who secretly been the man claiming his fantasies while jacking himself off?
“Do you like what you see?”
Boy did he, but the ability to speak evaded him.
“Going to stand there and stare of help me solve my problem?”
Help him. Davey basically leapt to the living room doorway, luckily dodging the sofa that blocked his direct path to Greg, and yanked Greg against him as he sealed his lips over his.
Perfection. There was no other way to describe how soft and lush Greg’s thin and narrow lips were. One sensual lick and his sexy mouth parted enough for him to gain the first taste of his best friend. There would be no going back from them. No one else would sate the hunger that flared to life the minute Greg showed interest in him
Davey tugged Greg close when he broke the kiss. “You know what this means, right?”
Suckie time to ask. Davey’s entire heart had been engaged at the first touch.
“Sure do. Knew when I walked in here. No, take me, before we both combust.”

All Davey needed to hear.

Phrase Flash Fiction – The Last Straw

Hi,
Hope all had another amazing week. Mines been busy, but in productive ways. As you guys know I do the April A to Z Challenge each year and it’s time for me to start preparing for it, so I’d like some suggestions of what my followers might like to read about this coming April. If you have some ideas please share with me.
Now, onto this week’s flash fiction post. Had a harder time coming up with something this week, so I did it a bit different. Instead of picking a phrase and writing, I sat down and wrote, then chose the best fitting phrase to what I wrote. Hope you guys enjoy.
Have a great week.
Remember let your imagination soar when you read.

Hot blazing flames licked their way across the ceiling and down the wall behind the foaming wild wolf standing on the other side of the living room. I should’ve been running and screaming form the house, but my body froze in place the moment David’s body became engulfed by a silver and red haze. The colors faded as quick as they appeared, but instead of David there was a waist high red dragon with silver streaks. The dragon’s tongue darted out, hitting the top of the ceiling, stating the fire working its way toward the wolf, who inched closer to the dragon with each passing second. The dragon that replaced David bumped into me, sending me stumbling back a couple of feet. A loud hiss and the toss of a head spurred me into motion. I darted for the backdoor, all but barreling over Rocky, my solid black cat. Rocky hissed at me and then flew into the house leaving behind a trial of black dust. A quick glance up showed that Rocky the cat was no longer a cat. He was a tall, dark haired man with a black and white stick looking object in his hand.
“Magic of the East Coast, I beckon you to cease the wild beast invading the Silver Hoard Dragon’s mate’s house.”
My head spun and my eyesight wavered as the raving mad wolf toppled over, the fire claiming my house faded away, leaving no scorch marks, and the way to small dragon shifted back into David. David took one step towards me and held his hand out, but I shook my head and stepped away from him. No way was him or Rocky, the cat/human coming near me.
“Please, let me help you.”
“No.” I snapped at David. “Get away from me and stay away.”
“Let me . . .”
“No.” I took two more steps back and tumbled down the three small porch steps. I never hit the ground, because David’s warm arms caught me. “Let me . . .”
The rest of the words died away when a large ass solid silver dragon landed in my backyard. That was the last straw for me, darkness consumed my mind.

Flash Fiction Phrase – One Man Doesn’t Make A Company.

Hi,
Hope all had a good week. Mine’s been slow and I didn’t get nothing accomplished. This week has to be more productive. Not sure where this phrase or scene came from, but I hope you all enjoy it.

Jonas flopped onto the black leather sofa behind his desk and groaned. What was he supposed to do without Donnie? He had been the company for ten years. The man knew a wonderful looking woman with one look. It’s why he’d been the best man for the Talent Scout for Luscious Ladies Modeling.
“Jonas,” Robert threw his door open and stormed in like a twister sucking up every house and car in its path. “Do not go where your mind is at.”
At first, Jonas had no idea what Robert was going on about. Then Robert slammed a white sheet of paper down in front of him.
“I say good f-ing bye to him.”
Jonas glance down, spotting Donnie’s disjointed, doctor style signature. Donnie sent the resignation letter to Robert, before he told him. Made sense, company’s policy stated that if the HR department wasn’t notified before the supervisor that no owed holiday or vacation time would be paid.
“You’ve always thought he made this company,” Robert sat on top of the light colored coffee table he’d made him as a grand opening gift. “You were wrong then and Donnie Cart-dick-wright proved it by quitting like he did.”
“Cart-dick-wright?” Jonas chuckled at his life-long best friend. “You know he did. If it hadn’t been for him joining the company, I wouldn’t had known what females to bring aboard.”

“Ture. Your opinion of women has always been unusual, but . . .” Robert tossed his hands into the air. “What can you say, you prefer a nice hard body over a thin bimbo.”
Jonas sure did. He’d always taken nice broad bulging shoulder men home. Mainly, because they reminded him of Robert, a man who’d been off limits since he ran across his lover of twenty-two years.
“What do you expect me to do when the women Donnie brought in follows him to his own company?”
Robert leaned back on his hands and gave him the million-dollar smile that he gave right before giving a perfect escape from trouble. Trouble found the two of them loads of times throughout their childhood, and it had always been Robert who saved their asses. Far as Jonas could tell there was no way to save Luscious Ladies Modeling. Appeared he’d be proving his dad right.
“Give Ladies Luscious Modeling a makeover.”
“Another one?”
He’d done so fifteen years ago when Donnie brought him the Wing-It Company. Jonas had been skeptical about finding twenty female underwear and bathing suit models. He’d told Donnie that there was no way for a small town, mainly male oriented modeling company to succeed in doing so. Donnie told him to leave the details to him. That had been the start of a fifteen year, three shows a year, contract with Wing-It. Since the company required at least ten different model each show the majority of his clients became women, so ten years ago he’d changed the company from a Luscious Modeling, a male/female oriented company to Luscious Ladies Modeling.
“Yes. Go back to Luscious Modeling. You still have the Wing-It contract, right?”
“Yes, we just resigned for five more years.”
“Did you put in the same clause as last time?”
Jonas sat forward and hugged Robert. “Thank you. I forgot about that.”
“How could you?” Robert huffed.
He’d been so distracted about Donnie quitting that he’d forgotten that the contract with Wing-It had been signed two days early.
“Good. Then Donnie can’t steal them for another five years without costing Wing-It quite a bit of money. All that needs doing is to find someone to replace Donnie and I’ll call Jack.”
“Jack? Why would you call him?”
Jack and him hadn’t become close friends like Robert had hoped. How could Jonas get close to the man who stole his true love from him. Petty on his part, but Jonas hadn’t been able to find anyone that measured up to Robert and Jack and Robert had been inseparable. Not that he’d tried much to break them apart. Jonas wouldn’t do anything to upset Robert, not even to make himself happy.
“Jack has wanted you to take over his calendar gig for ten years. He just signed a new contract with Howling Night Club and needs all new models for their calendars.”
“Big gig.” Howling Night Club owned at least two night clubs in each state and put out a different calendar for each one of them.
“Well, what do you say. Discard your idea that one man makes a business and go back to what you wanted for the company to start with?”
“I say make it happen.”
Jonas stood up and gave his best friend a hug and ordered him to get to work. Robert left the room chuckling.
